Admission Procedure:

Candidate has to fill up the registration form to apply in any Diploma/Degree courses:

• Candidate has to pay Rs. 10,000/- by online payment/bank draft for Diploma Courses, and 15000/- for the Degree Course demand draft in the favor of Director, Shivalik Institute of Paramedical Technology, payable at Chandigarh. Candidate has to deposit the balance amount according to the admission letter issued by the institute after registration.
• Candidate has to fix one passport sized photograph on admission form and send 20 more photographs along with the admission form. Photographs with colored glasses or in casuals will be rejected.
• Eligibility certificates are attested by the candidate itself as self-attested.

**The fee once paid is neither refundable nor adjustable under any circumstances.
